THE CHALLENGE
CDZ Compositi Srl, founded in 1986, is an Italian composite component development and manufacturing company and partner of major brands in Motorsport, Automotive and Sporting Goods.
With a large fleet of machines dedicated to hot press forming, CDZ Compositi is able to guarantee high production capacity and competitive market price. All products are machined and finished in the plant by work islands using 6-axis anthropomorphic robots, CNC machining centers and modern CAD/CAM programs. Assembly operations, gluing, and mechanical and dimensional certification of parts are also handled in-house. The technical department is able to provide expert advice and support for the development of new projects.
Experience and continuous technological innovation have enabled CDZ Composites to reach a very high level thanks to which the company has come to be able to meet every customer expectation. In the recent period it has also developed and patented a new technology with which it has realized particularly ambitious F1 projects.
CDZ’s ambition has led the company to optimize its production processes. For this reason, from 2022 to the present, it chooses to upgrade its fleet by integrating and digitizing the following machines:
